Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders placed through ATELIER NOIR are subject to a standard processing time of up to three (3) business days before shipment. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional events, or due to unforeseen delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders of $300 or more (before taxes and fees).
A flat shipping fee of $15 CAD will apply to all orders under $300.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery window is 7 to 10 business days from the date your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. ATELIER NOIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Final Sale

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you. ATELIER NOIR is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been accepted by the carrier.
